CHIRONE is a private, invite-only portal provided by DYNAMOHOLE S.R.L. for use by its team and its authorised collaborators.

  1. Access. Accounts are issued by invitation. Keep your credentials and two-factor authentication secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  2. Acceptable use. Use the portal only for the legitimate collaboration between you and DYNAMOHOLE. Do not attempt to access data belonging to others, probe or circumvent security, or submit unlawful content.
  3. Data. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
  4. Availability. The portal is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  5. Working relationship. Compensation, obligations and evaluations between you and DYNAMOHOLE are governed by your separate engagement agreements; these terms cover only use of the portal.
  6. Termination. We may suspend access that breaches these terms, or upon ending the collaboration.
  7. Governing law. Italian law; the courts of Milan have jurisdiction.
